I really appreciate your interest my classroom. I want my classroom to be a place where students can see beyond the borders of our small town, but the process has opened my eyes to how great the opportunity is for myself. In effect you and others in my pln are teaching me the lesson I strive to teach my students. Thanks for your support.

Very interesting. I have often thought of the implications of doing this in my own classroom. I would have to do it without sound, as our division policy is that no student be identified by name, so that has been a factor in my considerations. Thanks for giving some more things to think about.

I listened to this on my iTouch on my run today…gosh, he sounds so relaxed about it all. Very cool attitude. What a gift to the parents of his students. Wouldn’t you love to be able to check in whenever? And I thought ustreaming our debates was a huge step:)

    Susan,

Hearing you say “listen on your run” makes me smile. Knowing that somewhere people are running and that you chose to listen to my stuff is cool.

But yes, it’s a very matter-of-fact thing. That’s what I found appealing. It’s not a project, just how they roll.
