The Steve Jobs vs. Bill Gates discussion tends to lean heavily on the side of Jobs in terms of his presentation style, coolness and overall likability. I have no real thoughts on either but thought this video was one that tipped the scale back to Gates’ side. It’s a video shown to Microsoft employees that looks like someone grabbed their camcorder to pirate. If you like Napolean Dynamite, you’ll love this.
