Wow that was very nice of Rogers to do that for you and increases my perception of them.
I like the idea of getting some almost instant response from companies that monitor the twittersphere.

Goes back to starting with them, switching accounts, Sasktel not having the right phone at the time. Once you’re in, it’s tough to get out. At the same time, plan for plan there isn’t a pile of difference. Pretty competitive from what i’ve seen.
