I like the phrase "teach our students to be transparent." As teachers it is important that we understand the thought processes of our students. Only then can we determine the best ways to reach their intellects, but more importantly, their hearts. Blogging is a great use of technology. It allows students to "be transparent" and also make connections with others who may have thoughts to share. Technology is not the ultimate answer, but it is a tool that can be very useful within the classroom.
