		<description>Your message here is very true, Dean. Whenever I&#039;m out and about, trying to motivate teachers, I have FAR BETTER results when I show them the materials (videos, projects, blog posts, etc.) that others have created - rather than my own.

Maybe that&#039;s why it&#039;s so important for us all to share. What doesn&#039;t work well in our own location might work better elsewhere.
