		<description>Spot on Dean. Plant those seeds, nurture them and cross-pollinate. Seeding the ideas is the way to go. The most beautiful of plants and the greatest of trees all took a while to grow. Curiously enough at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore we called our leading lights in each faculty &#039;seeds&#039; and our regular gatherings were called the &quot;IT-Seed Meeting&quot;.
