The tools are there and certainly easier to use but I can' t imagine the actual crafting of video getting a whole lot easier. Is writing easier today? In some ways but it still requires time, thought and sweat to write well. If we model the use of video more, then our staff just might join in. I like what Courosa did with his course trailer. I'm sure my staff might think it a waste of time to do that for a class students are required to take, but it does show an excitement about what they are teaching. So why not take the extra step?
