		<description>As we become better at sharing our successes and mistakes, we will begin to see the great power in PLC's. Many teachers still struggle with the idea of looking at data in a public way. I am excited that the staff I with which I work has not been daunted by the idea of looking for their strengths and weaknesses and has, in fact, invited the reflection and renewal as part of their growth as professionals. PLC's are truly powerful when teachers get past their fears and begin to see the benefits to their students and their own teaching. It's been a long time coming!</description>
