Where do I start with GCast....lets see...it SUCKS!!!! I recently starting using it , until last Friday....its apparently not working, since LAST Friday I have tried and tried to upload my audio files for my podcast, I know HOW to do it, GCast is just not working and apparently responding to its users is not priority to them, I emailed them last Friday asking if there was some maintenance work they were doing to the site that was preventing anyone from uploading, never heard from them, I use the podcast for my show so I was really trying to get it to work, nothing, and there's not a single not of communication on the site telling us anything! My other friends who also use the service say they too did not receive any responses, so I had to use another to get my show up so others can download it later if they wish.

It seems to me that GCast could care less for their users, unless of course you were paying for the service, my account is free, I guess you get what you pay for.

No "Sorry for any inconvenience", nothing.

If you want a good podcast I can tell you where NOT to go, GCast sucks!!!

LoL, but if I figured it out for you, then I wouldn't get to read amusing posts like this!

Don't know about PodPress, but I do like GCast's phone-to-podcast feature and that it will handle all the details for people without their own blog/rss feed.

Only thing I used it for the other day was to record my carcast when I left the hardware at home. But when I got to the house, I downloaded the MP3 from GCast and uploaded it to my own hosting.

I'll have to check out that PodPress plugin, looks cool!
