Loved the weather.  Was talking with the guys in meteorology at the U of S and we saw a number of lightning around Moose Jaw.  There was more in the North US near the border.

Interesting though, there was actually a cell like you would see with a thunderstorm in summer!  They were quite excited....

I don't know about thundersnow, but last year we had thunder and lightning in February, and I don't know about earlier but in 1988 we had it in late January.  

Yesterday the snow was less flakey and more cluster, like a snow pattie.</description>
