It's always interesting how educators starting off in blogging tend to break through in a noticeable. Everyone starts writing to an "imagined audience" but if the writing is good and the ideas important, then it just needs to get noticed by one other person who highlights it to someone else and so the snowball begins to grow. (That's a pretty poor metaphor from an Aussie!) I've been reading Kelly as well over the last month and he does bring that very important school leadership perspective to the edublogosphere. Thanks for the tips, Dean. I'll try and do the same for lesser known Antipodean bloggers as well soon. I'll be personally approaching your 230 feeds in Bloglines soon!

Dean,
Thanks for the mention. I will do my best to live up to your billing ;) I will look up Dustin. Do you have any ideas of how to get others involved? I have sent a few teachers to your grade 1 teacher's blog. Great stuff. Have a great first week back.
