		<description>I think you are right.  Our school teaches our children to &quot;run&quot; from bullies and get a teacher instead of standing up to them.  I am sure that attitude is prevalent even among the administration and our society.  

But, It is nice to see someone with that authority be so open, to bad the few ruined it for everybody in your area.
