Those whose institutional filters do not allow access to Flickr, a standalone flash slideshow, along similar lines as the Flickr slideshow, might be a solution.

I wish I could say I feel your pain but at this point I haven't been faced with this issue. I suppose I need to consider it as I pass info along.
